1. Does your software work on a operating system others than Windows?

   • No, Our products only work with the windows operating system on a PC.

2. Does your software work with Windows Vista or Windows 7?

   • Yes, however, please check with our support page for the latest details.  (Update:  We now have instructions on our downloads page regarding how to properly install our software under Vista and Windows 7.)

3. I've registered the software but it still works in demo mode.  What should I do?

   • Enter your registration code.  You should have received it when you registered the software.  Please check our support page for information regarding how to enter your code.

4. I've registered the software days ago but have yet to receive my CD.  What should I do?

   • Did you select to have a CD sent to you?  CD's cost and extra $10 to $12 and must be selected as an option before you order.  If you did select this option please wait 15 business days after the date of purchase before inquiring about your CD.  If it has been 15 business days then send us an email and we will contact MyCommerce on your behalf to find out if/when your cd was shipped and possibly ship another.

5. Do I receive a CD when ordering your software?

   • CD's cost and extra $10-$12 over and above the registration price.  You may select to optionally have a CD sent to you at the time you register the software.  CD's may take up to 15 business days to arrive at your shipping (continental US only) location.

6. How do I create my own custom bingo patterns?

   • Go to our download page and download IBA Pattern Editor.  The software is located toward the bottom of the page.

7. What is the format of the CSV\Text file that is used to populate bingo cards with numbers?

   • Regardless of how many actual bingo cards will display on your bingo page, our CSV file format only places 1 card per line in the CSV file.  Therefore, a CSV file with 10 lines of bingo cards will work for a project file of 10 bingo pages with 1 bingo card per page or a project file of 5 bingo pages with two cards on per page.  Download a sample format file here.
